Making cookies that remind you fondly of the taste of Singapore, that is our goal. With this goal in mind, Orchid Cookie Company was born. Working in collaboration with a talented Japanese patissier Ms Sakiko Fujita, who has won many gold awards abroad and a long-established Singaporean confectionery company Baker's Oven Patessier, we bring you Merlion and Otter-shaped cookies. With a limited release in Singapore, we offer products that will be a welcomed snack at home and serve as perfect souvenirs and gifts.

Japanese Pâtissier Ms.Sakiko Fujita

Ms Sakiko Fujita hails from Kobe, Japan and majored in Economics at Kagawa University. Upon graduation, she discovered her love for baking and she operated a sweets classroom in Tokyo from 2011 to 2018. After that, Ms Fujita went on to develop her own brand of baked confectionery and tarts called Bloom’s and opened her first shop in the neighbourhood of Jiyugaoka in the district of Meguro-Ku in Tokyo, Japan. Her baked confectioneries are also sold in department stores in Tokyo. Ms Fujita went on to develop sweets and basked with a famous luxury confectionery manufacturer. Ms Fujita has won gold awards at the Dalmain Marmalade Awards World Tournament and tournaments in Japan.

Bakers Oven Patisseries

Established in 1998 by the founder, Mr Jason Tan, Baker's Oven is one of Singapore's leading manufacturers and wholesale supplier of bakery products and festive seasons' products such as moon cakes, Chinese New Year goodies/cookies, Christmas log cakes, etc. Through constant research innovation, high-quality materials and the company's ability to adapt to market trends, they are capable of making appropriate recommendations and customize new and innovative products to their customers.
